We need 3 days in order to process the order. If you need it sooner, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
We will do return or exchange if you received completely wrong order. It means in case you have received order with all wrong ingredients.

We accept Credit Card Payment, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal.
Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Yes; we never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us.
If you didn’t receive any of the order confirmation messages, please (323) 539-3990 as soon as possible. We recommend that you do not attempt to submit the order again to avoid placing duplicate orders.
PICK UP AND DELIVERY
Due to the COVID-10 we want to minimize contact and provide only delivery option.
If there is nobody at the delivery address to accept the order, we will attempt to contact the sender for direction. If we are unable to contact the sender, we will leave the arrangement in a safe place. If the sender prefers that we re-attempt delivery, a further fee will be charged.

We cannot guarantee delivery times, but we will do our best to accommodate the open hours of offices, schools and businesses. Any request for a specific delivery time cannot be honored. You should not include any such request or delivery instruction with your order, as it will not be taken into account for your delivery.
BOUQUETS
As the bouquets are edible, we do not import flowers where chemicals may have been used. We therefore only use flowers in season, grown free of chemicals, so there are times during the year when flowers will not be included.
Our fruit arrangements are sold at the peak of freshness. We recommend that you enjoy your Incredible Flowers right away. If that’s not possible, you should keep the original wrapping, and refrigerate immediately upon receipt. Once it has been removed from the original wrapping, you should remove the fruit from the skewers, store it in an airtight container, and refrigerate immediately.Our chocolate dipped fruit is exceptionally fresh, and should be consumed immediately. If that’s not possible, you should keep the original packaging, refrigerate immediately upon receipt, and enjoy within 24 hours of receipt.
We use 100% real finest chocolate in all of our dipped fruit arrangements and products! Our fruit is dipped in dark, milk or white chocolate.
Lots! Edible bouquets make great ‘get well gifts’ and are suitable to take to hospital in place of real flowers which are often banned. An unusual gift for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Dinner Party Gifts or just to cheer someone’s day!
Fruit bouquets and chocolates are made from fresh fruit and fruit dipped in chocolate. Therefore, we recommend bouquets and chocolates consumed immediately after delivery. Bouquet containing a variety of fruits , white , and dark chocolate and nuts depending on type. All fruit is edible and ready for immediate consumption
No; We don’t use any sweeteners or preserving agents. Our fruit flowers are all natural and fresh.
